I will almost definitely get Black/White. Probably gonna skip the 4th generation (Don't have any of them.

Garchomp went OU to Uber
Salamence JUST went Uber.
Everyone that was in BL prior to generation 4 got downgraded after (or upgraded in the case of Scizor). The only non-generation 4 Pokemon that's still in the BL tier is crobat...and I haven't checked in a while..
Just checked. Raikou got bumped down to BL. Haven't noticed that O_o. Must be recent.

TMs? Doesn't change the game THAT much. Just makes the game a little easier.
