._. that was the third one, it was a continuation of the 2nd. Calypso was a goddess that was imprisoned in human form. She was the goddess of the sea. The crabs, I dunno, director's choice? Anyway, she was released because Barbossa thought that he could get her to be kind to them, but "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" and so she took her wrath out upon them. For the full story behind Calypso and Davy Jones, you have to watch the second movie.

Those movies are some of my favorites of all time. Plus, they have a PG-13 rating, so you'll be allowed to watch them soon. =D
The Matrix is another good series, but that is rated R (for good reason).
