    It is nearly impossible. I've been trying to stop for way over 4 years now. I am no closer than when I started.

    meh, if i procrastinate to long i just say screw it and dont do it at all. I waited till 9 for math and finished only a bit of it due to boredom. Than i started reading...

    Just get off the computer. I always do my written homework lying outside or if I have to use the computer I just put some Jason Mraz or Jack Johnson on (Acoustic stuff).
